Full Time Teller Openings  - Lacy Lakeview and Woodway Branch

GENCO Federal Credit Union is seeking  highly motivated individuals to join our member service team. Successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills and specific cash handling experience. Experience in a financial related field preferred.  Computer skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment are also required; bi-lingual Spanish skills a plus. HS/GED required.   

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:15 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.  and rotating Saturdays 8:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.

 

Loan Clerk - Valley Mills Drive Branch

We are currently accepting applications for an opening in our Lending department.   Responsibilities include:

  • Provides a broad range of lending support duties.
  • Verifies the completeness and accuracy of loan applications, notes and related documentation. 
  • Ensures compliance with legal requirements, lending regulations and internal policies and procedures. 
  • Files and pulls loan folders.  
  • Prepares loans for Loan Officers. 
  • Maintains Credit Committee, Loan Officer and Board loan minutes. 
  • Responsible for Adverse Action compliance and mailing. 
  • Scans, file and retrieve documents as needed and ensure system is well organized.  
  • Previous administrative experience and High School Diploma or equivalent required.
 
Contact Center Manager - Valley Mills Drive Branch
 

 The Contact Center Manager is responsible for leading, inspiring, and empowering the Contact Center Consultants to build relationships with our members and communities.  Coaching and developing staff to handle all inbound and outbound call transactions is essential.  Motivates staff to understand our member's needs and and deliver solutions to meet financial growth goals and enhance the financial well-being of the credit union's membership.  Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and leadership qualities.  Must demonstrate the ability to train, motivate and evaluate employees while monitoring all levels of service development and improvement.  Responsible for the day to day operation and supervision of the Contact Center Consultants.  Promotes and cross sells credit union products and services and implements the credit union's strategies to successfully accomplish financial goals and maintain a professional, knowledgeable workforce.  

High school diploma or equivalent.  Two years of college preferred.  Minimum of five years member service experience, preferably in a financial institution or Contact Center.  Previous management experience required. 
 

Receptionist/Operations Specialist - Lacy Lakeview Branch
 
The Receptionist/Operation Specialist is the initial point of contact for credit union services.  Provides a broad range of services to members in person, by phone, or by mail.  Functions as a Member Service Representative at the front desk and provides assistance to the Financial Service Representative staff.  Provides member account information, credit union investment and savings opportunities; takes loan applications; processes and closes loans; assists members in setting up new accounts and making changes in existing accounts. Executes direct deposit and payroll deduction requests.  
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent  
  • Minimum of two years experience in member or customer service role is required, preferably in a financial or sales environment 
  • Must have strong member/customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment 
  • Positive teamwork ethic
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Friday 8:45 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.  and rotating Saturdays 8:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.
