I’ve been with GENCO for a few years now and it is a great place to bank with. Most recently, there was an issue with my loan that had me VERY concerned.
I called customer service and spoke to Jesus who assisted me with correcting the issue and my goodness, he really went above and beyond to help.
He was calm and understanding which I very much appreciate. He listened to my concerns and worked with a loan officer to help find the best solution.
He could have just given me a standard answer but he took so much initiative to help me, he got creative in finding the solution and he deserves to be recognized.
Shout out to the loan officer as well, for helping with the solution. We need more Jesus’ in the world. Thanks GENCO!

I recently got my 2nd auto loan with GENCO and had the pleasure of working with Holly from the Woodway branch. Holly was absolutely superb throughout the entire process. The dealership I bought my car from was dragging their feet with the paperwork for 2 weeks, and Holly kept me updated the entire time. Holly worked tirelessly to make sure I got the best deal and really strived to make sure I understood and was comfortable with every decision.
She really took the time to understand my needs and provided the best support and service.

I have done business with GENCO for several years now and I find that its system makes it quite easy to keep wanting to do business with them for any financial needs.
I have to recognize one of GENCO's Employees EDITH G. who went above and beyond on her birthday to make sure everything was taking care of on my vehicle loan
She took everything into consideration and worked hard to complete everything within less than 24 hours (she even stayed a little later on her birthday to complete my loan!) so my family and I could pick up the truck Today(6/17/23) instead of Tuesday(6/20/23). I am very grateful for her dedication along with the help from JESUS M.
who also help with the process and was very knowledgeable and kept me informed. I will definitely recommend GENCO for any of your financial needs,

We have utilized GENCO for our vehicle loans for YEARS now! They always have the best rates, work with our needs & are super easy to contact. We always work with Lisa Torrez at the Lorena branch, so I highly recommend utilizing her with any of your loan needs! She’s super easy to talk to, chat with & always gets my questions answered in a very prompt amount of time. Even if we don’t start with GENCO for our loans, we always refinance through them. Just utilized them for refinancing our new vehicle loans & that 90 days no payment is a blessing right here at Christmas time!!! Love the fact they are local & I don’t have to deal with banks or personnel not familiar with the area. Easier to have issues handled promptly! Forever & always a GENCO customer!!!

Scott and his team at the Waco GENCO credit union are the best when it comes to all loans out there. I love having a local Waco resident to reach out to anytime I need a loan. We moved to Waco from Cedar Creek & my parents suggested GENCO. We were dealing with Dan H. who has moved on to Mortgages w/another co. We were given Tianna. From the start she has been nothing but professional, kind, empathic, compassionate & a true friend. All I have to do is leave a voice mail to say HELP & she knows exactly what to do. She reviews my account & lets me know what we can do. She is ALWAYS available to speak w/me & assist w/my concerns. When I do come in person, we exchange pictures of family & I've watched her 2 boys grow, grow, grow. Every now & then we see each other at HEB & well, she is just as warm there as she is in business attire. GENCO has been extremely good for us. I work at a financial institution & have clients complain about their service at their bank.
I tell them my experience w/GENCO then give them Tianna's card. They return letting me know that GENCO IS everything I said it was!
All in all, I suggest Genco to anyone who is looking for genuine down home customer service that you can "bank on".

I would say after my experience today I will only do service with GENCO. The branch manager Scott Hedges went out of his way to help me out with an issue I was dealing with. He took it upon himself to talk to the body shop I was working with on repairs on my vehicle and the insurance due to an insurance claim I was working through. I received bad experience through the body shop and the employees and he assured me that everything will be taken care off and that I will not have to deal with further threats made by the body shop and he did exactly that. I am so greatly for people like him. I’ve had all my previous and current vehicle financed through genco and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much Scott for everything you did today. I am very grateful for what you did for me today.
